Description

We are looking for an awesome customer support representative to look after our high value players. Duties will include:

  • Answer incoming customer support tickets regarding billing, account issues, product questions and general player concerns;
  • Enforcing our community guidelines by taking appropriate action on players as necessary;
  • You will be required to rapidly prioritise serious issues and diplomatically handle trivial matters;
  • Translating game guides from English to Brazilian Portuguese, while keeping the same tone;
  • Provide first time resolution to customer contacts ensuring a positive and engaging service for the customer.


Requirements

    Essential

    • Native English level is a must;
    • Excellent written communication skills in both English and Brazilian Portuguese;
    • Microsoft Office & Google Docs Intermediate level;
    • Problem solver, proactive and smart;
    • 2+ years in a customer support role.

    Desirable

    • You love to play video games, ideally on mobile platforms;
    • Other language knowledge is a huge plus;
    • Previous experience in the games industry.
