Description

We're looking for an awesome customer support representative to focus on moderation and player safety queries on Avakin Life. We want our players to have the best possible experience on Avakin, and this is a great opportunity for you to help make that happen.


Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer support tickets, specialising in cases relating to player behaviour/ moderation
  • Evaluate ban appeals from players
  • Review, evaluate and action potentially sensitive or offensive content
  • Be an expert on the Avakin Life Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
  • Main point of contact within the team for queries from parents/ safety or behaviour issues

Requirements

    Essential

    • Previous experience in a customer support role
    • Empathetic and discrete nature
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Good judgement and attention to detail
    • Native English level is a must- other languages are a huge plus!

    Desirable

    • Passion for games
    • Previous experience moderating online content
    • Previous experience in the games industry
