Description


Our Community team is looking for an awesome CSA to help ensure our users have the best possible experience in Avakin. Your duties will include -


  • Responding to customer emails relating to our customers privacy needs
  • Assisting the Customer Support Supervisor with any tasks
  • Answering incoming escalated customer support tickets regarding billing, account issues, product questions and general player concerns
  • Moderating our various social media platforms with a focus primarily on Reddit moderation
  • Enforcing our community guidelines by taking appropriate action on players as necessary
  • Using ticket resolution as a way of upselling virtual items


Requirements

    Essential -

    • Fluency in English is a must
    • Microsoft Office & Google Docs Intermediate level
    • Other language knowledge is a plus
    • An interest in gaming/games
    • Problem solver, proactive and smart


    Desirable -

    • Understanding of our product genre/mobile games
    • Mobile technical knowledge
    • Fluency in other languages is highly desirable
    • Familiarity with Reddit
    • An understanding of teen culture and trends
