I want to ask something, I play uproar but all the time the game don’t load, and if the game load I’m a ghost. Please can you do something with this, I buy things there now I can’t play it…

One of our programmers has told me that it sounds like an Internet speed issue – how fast is your connection and is it consistent?

It’s recently, before I play it and it works good. And now it don’t works, and I’m not the only one? My internet speed is good, because before it works..
We’ll need more detailed information before we’re able to help here. At exactly what point is it not working for you and are you seeing any error messages?
Also, have you tried searching the PlayStation®Home forums for answers already?

And the point is if I come in the game, I be a ghost and stay that.

I think it’s a fault by Home. Because the items I buy for uproar I can’t use them, it’s in my wardrobe. After the last update I had this problem. I can only play with the free items now, I find that out, it’s not okay, but I think that this not changed.
